Kerri Guther

Kerri grew up always on the move as part of a military family, but eventually came to call Ottawa home during her high school years. After graduating from EPBC in 1989, she entered ministry with her husband, Dan, volunteering 1 year at a church in Ontario and then serving 16 years in three churches in the Maritimes. It was there their two children, Ben and Jenna were born. Upon returning to the Ottawa area in January 2006, Kerri was the Director of Children, Youth and Family Ministries at Knox Presbyterian Church, Manotick. At Cedarview since October of 2008, God has deepened her passion for seeing families living out their faith in Christ while living together in community. In 2010, finance support was added to her portfolio. She continues to walk with the Lord on whatever path He leads. Throughout the seasons of ministry, Lamentations 3:22-23 remains a life verse of great encouragement, “Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.”
Evelyn Lemoine
Executive Communications Administrator
Evelyn Lemoine hails from Yarmouth, Nova Scotia where she grew up on a family farm. It was in that community that she gave her heart to the Lord. Being brought up with four brothers taught her a lot about sports, especially hockey where she had to join in on a team when the boys requested it. After high school she took a two-year business course which prepared her for her job in the office at Cedarview. She worked as a Credit Manager for a large retail chain for five years before marrying her husband Mike. They were transferred around Eastern Canada frequently because of Mike’s job and consequently their three children went to school in various locations throughout the East. Evelyn loves family life and especially having sleepovers with their six grandchildren (not at the same time!) Her interests are researching family ancestry, planning Bible Quiz Tournaments, baking and eating desserts, and doing crossword puzzles. Evelyn is the Quizzing Coordinator for the Eastern Canadian District of the C&MA where she loves to see youth’s lives transformed by knowing God through his powerful Word.

Jen Savage
Executive Administrator
Jen grew up in ‘the sticks’ of Ottawa, also known as Manotick. After high school, she ventured out of the city, and attended Sir Sandford Fleming College in Peterborough to pursue Early Childhood Education. While in school, she worked as a part-time photographer. She quickly learned that photography was more than just a hobby and part-time job, and decided to pursue it on a full-time basis. In 2005, Jen took over an Ottawa-based photography studio, and continues to run the studio today. God led her to a wonderful position at Cedarview in 2011, and she has enjoyed ‘branching out’ from behind the camera. Jen married the love of her life Chris in 2009, and they are expecting their first child in June. When Jen is not at Cedarview or with a camera, she enjoys playing her piano, singing, and cooking (the trickier the recipe, the better). Throughout the years, God has revealed Himself continually through her life verse: ‘Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him, and He will direct your path.’ Proverbs 3:5-6
